The Trustees meet on the first Wednesday of the month, a week before the main meeting. This gives us an opportunity to organise that month's meeting, and make arrangements for the sub-groups that meet for craft, Scrabble and Mah-jongg afternoons, or outings or coffee mornings, or fund-raising events.
